gkm has been established in 2006 by Mr. Martin Mäschke und Mr. Ulrich Glück who both used to work for KPMG in Berlin. Mr Martin Mäschke, born 1966 in Stuttgart, is a qualified German CPA (Certrief Public Auditor / Wirtschaftsprüfer) and holds a MBA and Master of computer science (Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker). He studied at Technische Hochschule Darmstadt, University of Illinois, USA, and Universidade de Vigo, Spain. Mr Mäschke has strong experience in annual audits according to German GAAP and IFRS, audit of international reporting packages, software certification, internal control systems, Controlling und IT-consultancy. He serves multinational groups from Brasil, Great Britain, India and USA. Mr. Ulrich Glück, born in 1967 in Heidenheim, is a qualified German CPA (Certified Public Auditor / Wirtschaftsprüfer), German tax accountant (Steuerberater) and holds a MBA and Master of engineering (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur) from University of Karlsruhe. Mr Glück is very experienced in annual audits according German GAAP and IFRS and also focuses on transaction advisory services (business valuations) and Due Diligence reviews for financial and strategic investors, Due to long term expatriate work in Great Britain, Argentina, Korea, the USA and Spain we know how to serve multinational groups. We are proud to deal with international matters professionally as well as personally. In our firm, the partner is the primary point of contact. With our experience and our good IT knowledge, we efficiently learn and quickly understand the processes and systems of our clients.
